What's included in 5S Start and Plus?
5S Start and 5S Plus give you full access to Delatool's 5S system: 5S Status with all levels, Area Manager with interactive layout plans, standards with PDF export, 5S training and area signs with QR codes. Start covers up to 3 areas; Plus covers up to 20.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can switch between Start and Plus, or upgrade to Complete at any time to add tool management and the activity centre. Contact us and we'll help you.
How long is the trial period?
The trial is 30 days with full access to all features in the chosen package. No payment information is required to start.
Do I need tool management to use 5S?
No! The 5S system works entirely on its own. You can use 5S Status, Area Manager and all other 5S features without the tool management software.
Is there any contract commitment?
No, we work without long contract commitments. You can cancel whenever it suits you — we believe in delivering value rather than locking customers in.
Is 5S training included in the price?
Yes, 5S training and kick-off are included in all packages. We make sure your entire team understands the methodology and can work with Smart 5S from day one.
How are areas counted?
Prices are per month, excluding VAT. Start includes up to 3 areas and Plus up to 20 areas — the zones you manage in Area Manager and 5S. Complete uses the same area cap and also includes 50 or 150 QR labels depending on size. Above 20 areas we prepare a free quote.
Are QR labels included?
Area signs with QR codes are included in the 5S packages. Physical QR labels for tools are printed and shipped when you choose Complete, up to 50 or 150 labels depending on size. Free system support is included in every package.
