4. User registration and accounts
4.1 Registration process
Business customers may apply for a trial (normally up to 30 days) via forms on the website by providing contact and company details (for example phone, email, address, organisation number, contact person and password). Paying customers subscribe via Stripe and/or invoice under a commercial agreement. Members may register with email and password where that option is offered.
4.2 User requirements
Minimum age: 18 years.
No geographical restrictions, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
4.3 Account management
Users can update certain details, password or delete their accounts via "My Page" at delatool.com/mypage. Deleting an account may affect access for linked sub-admins and organisational data; the owner remains responsible for managing organisational users.
5. Rules of use
5.1 Permitted use
The Service may be used to manage tools, 5S and related business workflows. Reviews must be based on genuine experience and be truthful. Fault reports via QR (including guest reports without login where enabled) must be accurate and limited to legitimate operational needs.
5.2 Prohibited use
You may not: create false or misleading reviews or reports; upload illegal, infringing or inappropriate content; misuse AI features (for example to generate harmful content or to probe systems); attempt unauthorised access; or otherwise use the Service in breach of law or these Terms. Delatool may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for breaches. Illegal image uploads may be reported to the police.
5.3 Customer responsibility for content
You are responsible for content you and your users upload or submit (including images, deviation descriptions, chat messages, loan names and logs) and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process personal data of employees, contractors or other third parties within the Service.
6. Content and intellectual property
6.1 Customer operational data
As between you and Delatool, you retain ownership of your organisation's operational data (for example tool registers, 5S data and logs). You grant Delatool a licence to host, process and use that data as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, including support and anonymised or aggregated analytics.
6.2 Platform content and reviews
Delatool owns the Service, software, branding and platform content. Public or shared review content may remain available in anonymised or de-identified form after account deletion where reasonably necessary for the Service.
6.3 Copyright
Users may not upload copyrighted material without permission. Delatool may remove content that infringes copyright.
6.4 Licences
Users have no right to use Delatool's content, software or data for independent commercial redistribution without prior written consent.
7. Payments and subscriptions
7.1 Payment options
The Service is subscription-based. Payment may be made via Stripe (card/subscription management) and/or invoice (including via Fortnox). Additional services (for example repairs arranged through Delatool) may be invoiced separately or co-invoiced. Current prices are published on the website and may change with notice as stated there or in your agreement.
7.2 Refund and cancellation
No refunds are issued for commenced subscription periods unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and then remain active until the end of the current paid period (or as otherwise stated in Stripe Customer Portal / your invoice terms).
8. Data protection and privacy
8.1 Data collection and use
Passwords are stored hashed and are not readable by us in clear text. Data is collected via forms and Service use and is processed to provide the Service. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Privacy policy
For full details of how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 Our liability
Where Delatool arranges repair or service work under a separate agreement, we stand behind the agreed repair level for that work, subject to the warranty terms stated for the job. We do not guarantee the underlying quality, safety, efficiency or ergonomics of tools themselves.
9.2 AI and recommendations
AI outputs (including fault analysis, activity-log assistance and tool recommendations) are decision-support tools only. They are not a professional guarantee of diagnosis, repair method, safety compliance, pricing accuracy or purchasing suitability. You must verify critical decisions independently.
9.3 Damages
We are only liable for shipments we arrange. For shipments booked by the customer, the customer bears any losses or damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Disputes and applicable law
10.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
10.2 Dispute resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the Swedish courts. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may amend these Terms at any time.
11.2 Notifications
Users will be informed of material changes by email where reasonably practicable.
