What is a digital tool management system?
A digital tool management system replaces Excel lists and paper with QR-code labelling, so every tool has a known location, owner and service history. With Delatool you scan a tool with your phone to see status, report faults and track it across sites.
How does QR-code tool labelling work?
Each tool gets a unique QR label. Anyone can scan it with a phone camera – no sign-in required – to view information, location and service status, or to report a fault. This makes the system easy to roll out across the whole organisation.
What is SMART 5S?
5S is a Lean method for workplace organisation in five steps: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise and Sustain. SMART 5S is Delatool's digital take – with measurable levels, training and follow-up – building on the established 5S methodology.
How quickly can we get started?
