Welcome to Delatool AB ("Delatool", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web application and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Delatool provides a web application with the following features:

• Tool management system: A tool register where users manage their tools and equipment via unique QR codes. Users can add information, write reviews, schedule recurring activities (e.g. service or inspection) and report faults.
• 5S system: A system for implementing the 5S workplace organisation methodology, including custom forms, 5S training and measurable follow-up.
• Training and consultancy services: Services that train and support customers in implementing 5S and testing tools.
• Tool and equipment database: A database with more than 50,000 articles and reviews from professional users. Companies can subscribe to access the database.

The Service aims to help companies efficiently manage their tools, reduce downtime and improve workplace organisation by solving issues such as:

• Right tool in the right place: Tool selection based on user reviews to increase efficiency, ergonomics, safety and quality.
• Reduced supervisory time: Focus on core operations instead of searching for tools.
• Increased efficiency: A clear overview of the tool fleet and its condition.
• Reduced downtime: Quick repairs and tracking of recurring activities.

Target audience: Companies in manufacturing, machine or vehicle service and tradespeople who need control over their tools and equipment.

3. User types and access

• Member: Can write reviews and earn points for them.
• Base user: Has access to the Tool management system, internal and external reviews, and can use QR codes to label tools and report faults.
• Add-on services: Customers can choose the 5S system and/or the Activity Centre to manage recurring tool activities.

4. User registration and accounts

4.1 Registration process

Business customers can apply for a 30-day trial via a form on the website by providing phone number, email, address, company registration number, contact person and password. To become a paying customer, a signed agreement is required. Members register with email and password.

4.2 User requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

No geographical restrictions.

4.3 Account management

Users can update their details, password or delete their accounts via "My Page" at delatool.com/mypage.

5. Rules of use

5.1 Permitted use

The Service may be used to search for and manage tools for business needs. Reviews must be based on personal experience and be truthful.

5.2 Prohibited use

Reviews may not be created without the tool having been used. False or misleading information is prohibited. Uploading illegal or inappropriate images is prohibited and will be reported to the police. Delatool reserves the right to remove data and suspend accounts for breaches.

6. Content and intellectual property

6.1 User-generated content

Delatool owns all data and images uploaded. If an account is deleted, the data remains in the database without any link to the user.

6.2 Copyright

Users may not upload copyrighted material without permission. Delatool may remove content that infringes copyright.

6.3 Licences

Users have no right to use Delatool's content or data for commercial purposes.

7. Payments and subscriptions

7.1 Payment options

The Service is subscription based. Base and add-on services are invoiced, and costs for fault reports or other services are co-invoiced. Payment is made by invoice.

7.2 Refund and cancellation

No refunds are issued. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but expire at the end of the current month.

8. Data protection and privacy (GDPR)

8.1 Data collection and use

Passwords are encrypted and not accessible to us. Data is collected via forms and used to provide the Service. Data is stored and protected via www.render.com/security. See their security policy for more information. As a data subject under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. 9. Limitation of liability

9.1 Our liability

We guarantee the agreed repair level for fault-reported tools, but not the tools' quality, safety, efficiency or ergonomics. We do not provide tool recommendations; the Service is a platform for users to assess tools themselves. For repaired tools we provide a one-month guarantee on the work performed, provided no further damage has occurred and the fault is related to the repair.

9.2 Damages

We are only liable for shipments we arrange. For shipments booked by the customer, the customer bears any losses or damages. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Disputes and applicable law

10.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

10.2 Dispute resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the Swedish courts. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1 Updates

We may amend these Terms at any time.

11.2 Notifications

Users will be informed of changes by email.
