What is the difference between Start, Plus and Complete?
Start and Plus are the same tool system at two sizes (50 or 150 QR labels). Complete adds the entire 5S system with Status, Area Manager, standards, training and area signs. Complete on the smaller size includes 50 labels and 3 areas; on the larger size 150 labels and 20 areas. Start/Plus is for those who already have 5S in place; Complete is for those who want everything in one.
Can I upgrade from Start to Complete later?
Yes, you can upgrade to Complete at any time and gain access to the 5S system. All your existing tool data is carried over — nothing to move or re-import.
How do Delatool's AI-driven reports work?
Our AI reports analyse data on tool usage, condition and reviews to provide insights into which tools perform best, which should be replaced and where you can save money.

How secure is my data?
We use encrypted communication, secure hosting in the EU and follow GDPR. Your tool and organisational data are always yours.
Can I track the tool lifecycle?
Yes. Each tool has a complete history — purchase, use, service, repairs and disposal — so you can track the full lifecycle and make better decisions.
Is Delatool scalable?
Yes. You can easily scale as the organisation grows — more tools, more users and a larger size (Plus). Above 150 QR labels we prepare a free quote. Prices are per month, not per site.
What's included in the Complete kick-off?
Complete includes a physical or digital kick-off where we train your team in both tool management and the 5S methodology, set up the first areas and make sure you really get going — not just in theory.
Is there any contract commitment?
We work without long contract commitments. You can cancel when it suits you — we believe in delivering value rather than locking customers in.
Are QR labels included in the price?
Yes. We print and ship QR labels at no extra cost, up to the package cap: 50 labels on Start and 150 on Plus. Complete uses the same cap for the size you choose. Prices are per month, excluding VAT.
What if we need more than 150 QR labels?
Above 150 labels we prepare a tailored quote at no cost. Contact us and we will come back with a proposal.
Is system support included?
Yes. Free system support is included in every package. We help you get started and keep using the system.
